all those 3 score acres of land I lately purchased of Henry Foster, gent., one of the Groomes of the poultry, upon trust for portions to John, Mary, & Elizabeth, my younger children;

household stuff to wife Joane who with brother John are to be executors.,

Sir Humphrey Winch, of Everton, Knt., & Richard Tayler, of Bedford, gent., to be overseers.-
