In the name of God Amen; I Lady ABIGAIL one of the daughters of the Right Honorable JOHN Earl of Bristol and late wife of GEORGE FREAKE Esquire deceased do make this my last will and testament in manner and form following: First I commend my soul to God my maker and my body to earth from whence it was taken; and as for the worldly goods which God of his mercy has lent me, I give the same unto the said Earl of Bristol my dear father whom I make executor of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto put my hand this thirtieth day of March in the year of our Lord God one thousand six hundred and forty – Abigaill Freake – signed sealed and published in the presence of John Digby, Edward Walcott
