In the name of God Amen, the fourth day of January in the year of our Lord God one thousand six hundred thirty seven I Drew WEBB of Hever in the County of Kent yeoman being sick in body but of good and perfect memory praised be God, I do ordain this my last will and testament as follows: First I commit my soul unto Almighty God my maker and redeemer, and my body to be laid in a coffin and buried in the parish churchyard of Hever aforesaid.  ITEM; I give unto Johane Webb and Dorothy Webb the daughters of John Webb twenty shillings apiece to be paid to them half a year after my decease.  ITEM; I give unto Sara Webb and Mary Webb and Katherine Webb the daughters of John Webb aforesaid the sum of forty shillings apiece to be paid to them within half a year after my decease.  ITEM; I give unto Elizabeth Turner one sheet with a throw and one pillow beer.  ITEM; I give unto Mary Webb the daughter of John Webb one pair of napkins.  ITEM; I give unto Katherine Webb one pillow beer.  ITEM; I give unto John Turner, Robert Turner, William Turner and Jane Turner the children of Robert Turner the sum of twelve pence apiece.  ITEM; I give unto my cousin the widow of John Webb of Hever deceased one flock bed, one pair of sheets, two pillows with the pillow bears and three blankets and a coverlet.  ITEM; I give unto John Wallis of Hever twelve pence.  ITEM; I give unto Johane his wife twelve pence.  I give unto Thomas Wallis, Anne Wallis, John Wallis, Dorothy Wallis, Johane Wallis, William Wallis the children of John Wallis of Hever the sum of twelve pence apiece.  ITEM; I give unto David Webb of Lingfield my cousin twelve pence .  ITEM; I make and ordain and appoint my loving kinsman John Webb of Lingfield in the County of Surrey to be my executor to see this my last will and testament fulfilled and discharged, and so I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year first above written, and my will and mind is that my executor shall have all and receive all debts due unto me and all other my goods unbequeathed, my funeral being discharged and all men paid – Drew Webb – Henry Collins, Francis Underhill
