Feeling my dissolution is fast approaching it is my request that Mr Geo. Stratford write to my nephew to thank him for all his kindness to me and as the last favour I shall now make of him so bury me in a plain decent way Show this to Mr Rolph of St Martins Court that he may pay the legacy I have requested him to receive for me into the hand of Mr Geo. Stratford that he may pay all the little debts I owe not to fail paying Mrs Anne Lewis of No 4 Paper Buildings Temple the sum of 2-7-0 Should a letter come from Ireland Mr Geo. Stratford is desired by me to indorse it with my signature and receive it to purchase mourning for himself and wife and to let Mrs (Perfect?) know of my decease The picture of Mrs Lucy Young my sister is to be sent to my niece Lucy Young and whatever else remains belong to me I give to my niece Emma StratfordF A Wynch – Oct 13th 1825 one o’clock in the morning

 

Affidavit 17th January 1826

Appeared personally Edward Young of Sherbourne Lane London and Almeria Sarah Weller Young wife of the said Edward Young of the same place and being severally sworn to dispose the truth made as follows that they knew and were well acquainted with Folliott Augusta Wynch late of Bond Court Walbrook London widow deceased for many years before and to the time of her death and also with her manner and character of handwriting and subscription having frequently seen her write and also subscribe her name and having now carefully viewed and perused the paper writing will hereunto annexed purporting to be and contain the last will and testament of the said deceased the said will beginning thus “feeling my disolution fast approaching” ending thus “whatever else remains belong to me I give to my niece Emma Stratford” and thus subscribed “F.A. Wynch” and thus dated “Oct 13th 1825 one o’clock in the morning” then these deponents do depose that they verily and in their consciences believe that the whole [series] and contents of the said will beginning ending and subscribed as aforesaid are of the proper handwriting and subscription of the said Folliott Augusta Wynch widow deceased – Edward Young Almeria Young – same day the said Edward Young and Almeria Sarah Weller Young were duly sworn to the truth of this affidavit before me – J Haggard etc..

 

Probate 18/1/1826

Proved at London 18th January 1826 before the Wpful John Haggard Dr of Laws & swrn by the oath of George Stratford the executor according to the Tstrix to whom admin was granted having been first sworn duly to administer.
