In the name of God Amen, the tenth day of December one thousand six hundred forty six; I ANNE WINCH of Islipp in the County of Oxon spinster being sick in body but of perfect mind and memory praise and thanks be given to Almighty God do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following.  Imprimis I give and bequeath my soul to Almighty God my Maker and Redeemer by whose most precious death and passion I hope to receive full forgiveness and remission of all my sins; and my body to be buried in the Church at Kidlington at the discretion of my executor hereafter mentioned.  ITEM; I give to the Church of Kidlington ten shillings to be paid to the churchwardens within one year after my decease.  ITEM; I give to the poor of Kidlington five shillings to be [  ] upon them in bread at the day of my burial; also I give to Mr Rumbald the school master twenty shillings to be paid him within three months after my decease.  ITEM; I give to Mr Rumbald’s wife twenty shillings to be paid her within three months after my decease.  ITEM; I give to RICHARD WINCH twelve pence.  ITEM; I give to JAMES WINCH twelve pence.  ITEM; I give to Alexander Holloway of Water Eaton and every of his six children [  ] pence apiece.  ITEM; to Edward Holloway’s wife twenty shillings in money to be paid within half a year after my decease.  ITEM; I give to Mary Holloway daughter of Edward Holloway my goddaughter ten shillings.  ITEM; I give to all the rest of Edward Holloway’s children twelve pence apiece.  ITEM; I give to Mary Harwood daughter of Ralphe Harwood the feather bed and all the bedding belonging to it which I had of my father.  ITEM; I give to Sybell Rudway half the linen in the trunk to be delivered her within one week after my decease; all the rest of my goods moveable and immoveable my debts and funeral expenses being discharged I give and bequeath to Ann Harwood the wife of Ralphe Harwood whom I make whole and sole executrix of this my last will and testament; and I desire William Osbourne to be overseer of this my last will and testament; and to him I give twelve pence.  In witness hereof that this is my last will and testament I have hereto set my hand and seal and delivered in the presence of us: Alexander Holloway, Edward Holloway (the mark of) Ralphe Rogers Sibill Rudway (her mark).
